Li Evans, Director of Internet Marketing at KeyRelevance, talks about her social media panel at SES Toronto 2008 with Greg Jarboe of SEO-PR. In her session, Li talked about winning social media strategies from companies such as Dell, Houlihan's, and Loblaw's. Loblaw's, for example, actively participated in social media conversations not only by creating a YouTube channel to promote its product, but by taking to heart user feedback gathered from that channel and changing their product to reflect the needs expressed by their consumers.
