Introduction

I have joined Austin 2.0 even though I live in Seattle because I am from Texas, raised in Wichita Falls and studied in Dallas. I always enjoyed the time I spent in Austin and the Hill Country, and it is the only place I'd consider living in Texas. I am an entrepreneur and an executive recruiter who along with my business partner owns a search firm focused on the interactive space. I am also working on a number of web portals and am looking for a home for my activities. I love the Northwest and certainly Seattle or Portland are strong on my list, Austin is also a consideration as it is more affordable to build custom homes there, and the climate is a better combination to Northern Europe where I like to spend a good part of my time; plus I miss swimming pools!
